Pilates – Classes

This class begins by engaging mind-body awareness through breath and alignment. We follow with fundamentals, active stretching and range of motion exercises.  The focus of this class is on toning all the muscle groups for strength, symmetry, balance, posture, and flexibility using Pilates principles. We may include the use of light weights, therabands, balls, foam roller and other props.
